For one baguette :
- 80g butter
- 15g wild garlic
- 1g salt
- 0.5g black pepper
- 0.5g lemon zest
Preparation steps
- Mix the ingredients and pipe into a pastry bag fitted with a 5 mm nozzle.
- Cut the baguette into slices from the top, leaving the bottom intact.
- Spread the wild garlic butter between the slices of bread.
- Bake for 13 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius.
- Serve hot
