For one baguette : 

  • 80g butter
  • 15g wild garlic
  • 1g salt
  • 0.5g black pepper
  • 0.5g lemon zest

  • Mix the ingredients and pipe into a pastry bag fitted with a 5 mm nozzle. 
  • Cut the baguette into slices from the top, leaving the bottom intact.  
  • Spread the wild garlic butter between the slices of bread.
  • Bake for 13 minutes at 210 degrees Celsius.
  • Serve hot
