  • 2 baguettines of bread
  • 100 g fromage frais
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 g green salad (lettuce, rocket, etc.)
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Wash and dry the lettuce.
  • Slice the tomatoes.
  • Peel and thinly slice the avocado.
  • Squeeze the lemon to obtain the juice. Mix the lemon juice with the fromage frais.
  • Cut the baguette in half lengthways.
  • Spread the bottom half of each baguette with the lemon juice and fromage frais mixture.
  • Arrange a layer of salad on top of the bread.
  • Add slices of tomato on top of the salad.
  • Place slices of avocado on top of the tomatoes.
  • Season lightly with salt and pepper.
  • Add the slices of smoked salmon on top of the avocado.
  • Close the baguette with the top half of the bread.
  • Serve immediately with vegetable crisps or a side dish of your choice.
