- 2 baguettines of bread
- 100 g fromage frais
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 avocado
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g green salad (lettuce, rocket, etc.)
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Preparation steps
- Wash and dry the lettuce.
- Slice the tomatoes.
- Peel and thinly slice the avocado.
- Squeeze the lemon to obtain the juice. Mix the lemon juice with the fromage frais.
- Cut the baguette in half lengthways.
- Spread the bottom half of each baguette with the lemon juice and fromage frais mixture.
- Arrange a layer of salad on top of the bread.
- Add slices of tomato on top of the salad.
- Place slices of avocado on top of the tomatoes.
- Season lightly with salt and pepper.
- Add the slices of smoked salmon on top of the avocado.
- Close the baguette with the top half of the bread.
- Serve immediately with vegetable crisps or a side dish of your choice.
