List of ingredients
- 1 red kuri squash
- 1 onion
- 1 chicken stock cube
- 40 cl milk
- 20 cl whipping cream
- Olive oil
- Salt and ground pepper
Preparation steps
- Peel the squash, remove the seeds and chop into pieces. Peel and chop the onion.
- Put a tablespoon of olive oil and an onion in a saucepan
Add the pumpkin and fry for 5 minutes - Cover with the milk and 40 cl of water and add the stock cube.
- Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil and leave to cook for 35 min.
- Blend. Return to a gentle heat.
- Mix in half of the cream.
- Pour the soup into bowls and add a swirl of cream
