- 1 seeds and cereals country-style loaf
- 1 Conference pear
- 200g Fourme d'Ambert
- 20 g rocket
- 20 g walnuts
- Olive oil
- 1 lemon
Preparation steps
- Peel the pear, remove the core and cut into thin slices.
- Lightly fry the slices without allowing them to colour too much
- Then deglaze with the juice of half a lemon
- Slice the bread
- Spread two slices of bread with the Fourme d'Ambert.
- Arrange the crushed walnuts, pear slices and rocket on top of the cheese
- Lay the other slice on top, cheese side down
- Repeat with the remaining slices of bread
- Brush the outside of the bread slices with a little olive oil
- Cook for 8 min at 180°C in the oven on a baking sheet
- Serve warm
