                - A few slices of bread
- 1 ripe tomato
- 2 slices of ham
- Green pesto
- Green olives
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Fresh basil
- 10 black olives (to accompany)
                    
                         
                     
                    
                        Preparation steps
                
                Preparing the tomato toast :
- Cut the tomato in half and grate to obtain a pulp.
- Season the tomato pulp with a pinch of salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Lightly toast the slices of bread until golden and crisp.
- Spread the tomato pulp over half the slices of toast.
Preparing the pesto toast :
- Spread the green pesto on the lightly toasted slices of bread
- Place a slice of ham on each remaining slice of bread.
- Decorate with a green olive on each slice of bread with ham.
