This half-baguette combines a seeded wheat sourdough and a unique and generous blend of cereals and seeds. Made from wheat, barley and toasted corn flour, it is ideal for gourmet sandwiches.

  •  A topping of various seeds for a crunchy finish and an attractive look.
  • Pre-baked in a deck oven and scored along the length for excellent development and a golden crust. 
Storage conditions  :  Store at -18°C or below before use. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.
