  • 10 Country-Style Baguettes 280 g
  • 800 g brown mushrooms
  • 20 slices of bacon
  • 20 olive tomatoes
  • 500 g grated cheese
  • 20 tablespoons of white sauce
  • 10 tablespoons of chopped spring onions
  • 10 tablespoons of chopped chives
  • Ketchup
  • Oil, salt and pepper

  • Slice the onions and fry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper, then put to one side.
  • Fry the bacon until crispy, drain on absorbent paper and put to one side.
  • Cut the Country-Style Baguette in half lengthways and put on a baking try, with the crumb to the top.
  • Spread a thin layer of white sauce over the half-baguettes.
  • Add the mushrooms, bacon and tomatoes cut in half.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese.
  • Bake at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
