- 10 Country-Style Baguettes 280 g
- 800 g brown mushrooms
- 20 slices of bacon
- 20 olive tomatoes
- 500 g grated cheese
- 20 tablespoons of white sauce
- 10 tablespoons of chopped spring onions
- 10 tablespoons of chopped chives
- Ketchup
- Oil, salt and pepper
Preparation steps
- Slice the onions and fry in a little oil. Season with salt and pepper, then put to one side.
- Fry the bacon until crispy, drain on absorbent paper and put to one side.
- Cut the Country-Style Baguette in half lengthways and put on a baking try, with the crumb to the top.
- Spread a thin layer of white sauce over the half-baguettes.
- Add the mushrooms, bacon and tomatoes cut in half.
- Sprinkle grated cheese.
- Bake at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is browned.
