List of ingredients
- 10 Plain Half-Baguettes 140 g
- 1.2 kg marinated beef
- 400 g diced tomatoes and 200 g chopped lettuce
- 200 g red onions and 300 g cucumber
- 50 g chopped parsley
- 300 g tahini sauce
Beef marinade :
- 5 crushed garlic cloves
- 20 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 10 tablespoons of pomegranate vinegar
- 10 teaspoons of 7-spice
- 10 teaspoons of smoked paprika
- 30 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper
Preparation steps
- Mix the ingredients for the marinade together in a bowl. Add the strips of beef, coat.
- Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for two hours (or overnight).
- Finely slice the cucumbers.
- Brown the slices of beef for 2-3 minutes on each side in a frying pan or hot grill.
- Open the half-baguette then toast slightly.
- Spread the tahini sauce inside the half-baguette.
- Add the lettuce, tomatoes, chopped red onions and cucumber.
- Add the strips of beef, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
