  • 10 Plain Half-Baguettes 140 g
  • 1.2 kg marinated beef
  • 400 g diced tomatoes and 200 g chopped lettuce
  • 200 g red onions and 300 g cucumber
  • 50 g chopped parsley
  • 300 g tahini sauce

Beef marinade : 

  • 5 crushed garlic cloves
  • 20 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • 10 tablespoons of pomegranate vinegar
  • 10 teaspoons of 7-spice
  • 10 teaspoons of smoked paprika
  • 30 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper

  • Mix the ingredients for the marinade together in a bowl. Add the strips of beef, coat.
  • Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for two hours (or overnight).
  • Finely slice the cucumbers.
  • Brown the slices of beef for 2-3 minutes on each side in a frying pan or hot grill.
  • Open the half-baguette then toast slightly.
  • Spread the tahini sauce inside the half-baguette.
  • Add the lettuce, tomatoes, chopped red onions and cucumber.
  • Add the strips of beef, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
