Preparation steps
- Cut the top of the Roll and scoop out the middle.
- Layer with pesto, tomato (fresh or dried) and mozzarella inside.
- Close the roll and brush with olive oil.
- Bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
Chef's tip
Sweet version: fill the Buckwheat Roll (33993) with caramelised apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
