- German triangular bread
- 6 slices of smoked salmon
- 200 g thick cream
- 20 g horseradish from a jar
- 5-6 g lemon juice
- 4-5 grinds of pepper
- Dill sprigs
- ½ garlic clove
Preparation steps
- Mix the cream with the horseradish and add the lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper
- (For a lighter version, the cream can be replaced with fromage blanc)
- Cut the triangular bread into 2-3 cm slices.
- Spread the horseradish cream on the bread slices, add the slices of smoked salmon
- Decorate with a few sprigs of dill.
- Cut into small individual portions
