- Croissant baked the day before, crumbed
- Olive oil
- Mozzarella
- Wheat flour
- Egg
- Mixed salad
- Watermelon
- Strawberries
- Balsamic vinegar
Preparation steps
- Crumble the croissants baked the day before
- Bake the crumbs in the oven at 200°C for around 10 minutes until golden
- Cut the mozzarella in 1cm chunks
- Soak the mozzarella in the flour, egg and finally in the croissant crumble
- Fry in a pan with olive oil
- Put the fried cheese on the salad, add chunks of watermelon and strawberries.
- Season with Balsamic vinegar
