- Viennese-style brioche bread
- Garlic and fine herb gromage frais
- Diced salmon
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- Rocket
- Poppy seeds
Preparation steps
- Defrost the bread for roughly 45 minutes at room temperature.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in halves
- Cut the bread in half.
- Spread fromage frais on the bottom half of the bread and then add the salmon
- The 8 cherry tomato halves and 4 to 5 rocket leaves.
- Sprinkle on the poppy seeds to finish.
- Close the sandwich.
