- 4 Finedor rolls
- 200 ml water
- 100 ml vinegar
- 100 g sugar
- Salt
- 40 g julienned carrots
- 40 g julienned daikon
- 100 g pork belly
- 100 g ham
- 1 cucumber
- Mayonnaise
- Liver pâté
- Coriander
- Asian-style sauce
Preparation steps
- Cut the carrots, radishes and cucumber into julienne strips.
- Marinate in hot water, vinegar, sugar, salt, carrots and white radishes for 30 min, then drain.
- Blanch the slices of pork belly, then lightly brown them in the oven.
- Cut the white ham and the slices of pork belly into strips.
- Cut the Finedor in half.
- Spread mayonnaise on one side and liver pâté on the other.
- Place ham, pork belly, carrots, radish and cucumber on top.
- Add a little Asian sauce on top.
- Finish with a few coriander leaves and close the finedor.
