  • Plain yoghurt
  • Lemon
  • Parsley
  • Falafels
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Chunks of feta
  • A few rocket leaves

  • In a bowl, mix one plain yoghurt, a little bit of lemon and chopped parsley.
  • Slice the croissant in 2 and spread this preparation on the base.
  • Cut the falafels in two and the cherry tomatoes in four.
  • Then add these pieces of falafel and cherry tomatoes to the yoghurt preparation, with the chunks of feta.
  • Finish by adding a few rocket leaves.
