List of ingredients
- 10 croissants
- 200 g firm button mushrooms
- 150 g mushroom tapenade
- 200 g fromage frais
- 10 slices of mountain ham
- 100 g lamb’s lettuce
- 1 bunch of parsley
- Salt and pepper
Preparation steps
HOW TO MAKE THE MUSHROOM MIX
- Mix together the fromage frais, mushroom tapenade, fresh parsley and season.
MAKING THE SANDWICH
- Cut the croissant in half lengthways.
- Spread the mushroom mixture onto the inside of both croissant halves.
- Slice the ham into small strips and put on top.
- Cover with grated mushrooms using a mandoline, then add a few slices of lamb’s lettuce.
- Put the top on the croissant.
