- Plain half-baguette
- Cream cheese
- 1 slice of Emmental cheese
- Roquefort
- Grated carrots
- 1 small stick of celery
Preparation steps
- Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes, then cook for 10-12 minutes at 190-200°C.
- Cut the slice of Emmental into two half-slices.
- Cut 3 strips of Roquefort. Cut the celery into slices.
- Cut the bread, but do not separate the two halves.
- On the bottom half of the bread, spread on the cream cheese
- Then add the 2 half-slices of Emmental, grated carrots
- And the 3 strips of Roquefort and a few slices of celery.
- Close the sandwich
