  • 1 baguette
  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • ½ cucumber
  • 1 tablespoon pepper pearls (or small diced peppers)
  • A handful of alfalfa sprouts (or other sprouts)
  • 25 g fromage frais
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 lemon

  • Wash and thinly slice the cucumber.
  • Cut the baguette in half lengthways.
  • Squeeze the lemon to obtain the juice. Mix the lemon juice with the fromage frais.
  • Spread the top half of the baguette with the lemon juice and fromage frais mixture.
  • Spread the bottom half of the baguette with mayonnaise.
  • Add the cucumber slices to the bottom slice.
  • Place slices of smoked salmon on top of the cucumber.
  • Arrange the sliced hard-boiled eggs.
  • Place a handful of alfalfa sprouts and a few peppers on top.
  • Close the baguette with the top half of the bread.
  • Serve immediately with the side dish of your choice.
