List of ingredients
- 1 baguette
- 2 slices smoked salmon
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- ½ cucumber
- 1 tablespoon pepper pearls (or small diced peppers)
- A handful of alfalfa sprouts (or other sprouts)
- 25 g fromage frais
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 lemon
Preparation steps
- Wash and thinly slice the cucumber.
- Cut the baguette in half lengthways.
- Squeeze the lemon to obtain the juice. Mix the lemon juice with the fromage frais.
- Spread the top half of the baguette with the lemon juice and fromage frais mixture.
- Spread the bottom half of the baguette with mayonnaise.
- Add the cucumber slices to the bottom slice.
- Place slices of smoked salmon on top of the cucumber.
- Arrange the sliced hard-boiled eggs.
- Place a handful of alfalfa sprouts and a few peppers on top.
- Close the baguette with the top half of the bread.
- Serve immediately with the side dish of your choice.
