  • 80g Plain Berliner
  • Concentrated milk
  • Milk
  • Sugar
  • Butter
  • Peanuts

  • Defrost a Plain Berliner.
  • Put the sugar in a saucepan over a low heat until it takes a caramel colour.
  • Add the milk and butter and stir quickly.
  • Add the condensed milk and stir for about 15 minutes
  • Leave to freeze for 30 minutes
  • Fill the Berliner with the mixture using a pastry bag
  • Decorate with peanuts.
