- Multigrain half-baguette 140g
- 40g goat's cheese
- 5 slices chorizo
- Salad leaves
- 2 pickled piquillos (yellow and red)
Preparation steps
- Cut the baguette in half lengthways.
- Arrange the salad leaves on the bottom half of the bread.
- Add the chorizo slices on top of the salad.
- Cut the piquillos into strips and spread over the chorizo.
- Crumble or slice the goat's cheese and arrange on top of the piquillos.
- Close the baguette with the top half.
- Serve this sandwich with golden potatoes and a green salad on the side for a balanced, tasty meal.
