  • Multigrain half-baguette 140g
  • 40g goat's cheese
  • 5 slices chorizo
  • Salad leaves
  • 2 pickled piquillos (yellow and red)

  • Cut the baguette in half lengthways.
  • Arrange the salad leaves on the bottom half of the bread.
  • Add the chorizo slices on top of the salad.
  • Cut the piquillos into strips and spread over the chorizo.
  • Crumble or slice the goat's cheese and arrange on top of the piquillos.
  • Close the baguette with the top half.
  • Serve this sandwich with golden potatoes and a green salad on the side for a balanced, tasty meal.
