- 1 focaccia bread
- 3 eggs
- 1 avocado
- 100 g smoked salmon
- 50 g rocket
- 2 to 3 artichoke hearts
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Preparation steps
- Bake the focaccia in the oven or reheat it so that it is ready to use.
- Boil the eggs until cooked, then mash.
- Remove the stone and skin from the avocado then mash it.
- Mix the two preparations, adding a sufficient quantity of olive oil, salt and crushed black pepper.
- Wash the rocket and put to one side.
- Cut the artichokes marinated in oil into small pieces.
- Mix everything with olive oil, crushed black pepper and salt, then put to one side.
- Cut the focaccia into three equal parts and lightly coat the surface of each piece with olive oil.
- Spread the egg-avocado mix evenly on the first slice of bread.
- Add the second slice of focaccia on top, then evenly arrange the smoked salmon slices. Cover with the final slice of bread.
