- 1 Chorizo B’Break
- 150 g Prosciutto di Parma
- 50 g pepper tapenade
- 75 g crème fraîche
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- Affilla Cress
Preparation steps
- Make the cream with the pepper tapenade and the crème fraîche.
- Defrost the B’Breaks and slice.
- Put on a baking tray in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes at 200°C, then leave to cool.
- Put the cream on the toasts, followed by a small slice of Prosciutto.
- Decorate with half a cherry tomato and the affilla cress.
