                - 10 BRIDOR Ciabatta rolls
 - 40 GARDEN GOURMET® Beetroot Falafels
 - 300 g feta cubes
 - 400 g tzatzíki
 - 1 g oregano
 - 1 g cumin
 - 1 red onion, thinly sliced
 - 50 g black olives
 - 100 g cherry tomatoes
 - 100 g lamb's lettuce
 - Salt and pepper
 
                    
                        
                     
                    
                        Preparation steps
                
                - Place the Bridor Ciabatta rolls on a cooling rack and leave to thaw at room temperature for around 10 minutes.
 - Preheat the oven to 230°C. Bake the Bridor Ciabatta rolls at 180°C, damper closed, for around 10-12 minutes.
 - Mix the tzatzíki with the oregano and cumin, adjust the seasoning as necessary.
 - Chop the olives and the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
 - Slice the ciabatta roll lengthwise and spread the tzatziki mixture on the bottom half.
 - Place four defrosted GARDEN GOURMET® Beetroot Falafels inside the roll.
 - Add the feta cubes, the olive and tomato quarters, then finish with a few slices of red onion and lamb's lettuce leaves.
 - Close the ciabatta roll and serve.

Suggestion: You can serve the sandwich cold or warm, by heating the Beetroot Falafels beforehand in an oven or deep fryer.
