  • 10 Olive Oil Ciabattas 140 g
  • 400 g green pesto
  • 10 mozzarellas di bufala
  • 20 tomatoes
  • 400 g rocket
  • 30 slices of prosciutto
  • 100 ml olive oil

  • Cut the ciabatta in half lengthways.
  • Apply a thin layer of olive oil to the inside with a brush.
  • Spread the pesto inside.
  • Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes.
  • Add the sliced mozzarella, then the tomatoes, rocket and prosciutto.
  • Close the sandwich, pressing gently.
