- 10 Olive Oil Ciabattas 140 g
- 400 g green pesto
- 10 mozzarellas di bufala
- 20 tomatoes
- 400 g rocket
- 30 slices of prosciutto
- 100 ml olive oil
Preparation steps
- Cut the ciabatta in half lengthways.
- Apply a thin layer of olive oil to the inside with a brush.
- Spread the pesto inside.
- Slice the mozzarella and tomatoes.
- Add the sliced mozzarella, then the tomatoes, rocket and prosciutto.
- Close the sandwich, pressing gently.
