- 1 Muesli B’Break
- 50 g smoked salmon in thin slices
- 1 tbsp fromage frais
- 1 teaspoon liquid cream
- 1/4 teaspoon of mild wasabi paste
- 4 thin slices of cucumber
- 1 teaspoon of toasted sesame seeds
- A few sprigs of fresh dill
Preparation steps
- Slice the B’Break Muesli in half lengthways.
- Lightly toast both halves in the oven (3-4 minutes at 180°C), then leave to cool.
- Mix the fromage frais, liquid cream and wasabi to obtain a smooth cream.
- Generously spread this wasabi cream on the base of the bread.
- Add the smoked salmon slices.
- Add the thin slices of cucumber for crunch.
- Sprinkle with grilled sesame seeds.
- Add a few sprigs of dill for freshness.
- Put the second half of the bread on the top.
- Serve chilled or slightly chilled.
