- 20 g of coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 20 cl of plant-based milk
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 6 to 8 slices of baguette
- 1 teaspoon of orange blossom flavouring
Preparation steps
- Beat the egg with a fork, add the milk and the orange blossom flavouring.
- Soak both sides of the baguette slices in the mixture.
- Then lay each side in a plate of sugar and cinnamon.
- Heat the coconut oil in a pan and brown the slices of bread for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve and enjoy warm.
