  • 20 g of coconut sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 20 cl of plant-based milk
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 6 to 8 slices of baguette 
  • 1 teaspoon of orange blossom flavouring

  • Beat the egg with a fork, add the milk and the orange blossom flavouring.
  • Soak both sides of the baguette slices in the mixture.
  • Then lay each side in a plate of sugar and cinnamon.
  • Heat the coconut oil in a pan and brown the slices of bread for 2 to 3 minutes on each side.
  • Serve and enjoy warm.
