- 2 Muesli B’Breaks
- 2 eggs
- 100 ml whole milk
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 1 knob of butter
- 2 bananas
- 2 tbsp of cane sugar
- 4 tbsp of caramel sauce
- A few pieces of walnuts or hazelnuts
Preparation steps
- Cut the Muesli B’Break into pieces.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk and vanilla sugar.
- Soak the B’Break pieces in this mixture, allowing to soak for 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
- Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Brown the French toast pieces on all sides for 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
- Meanwhile, cut the bananas into thick slices.
- Caramelise the bananas in a pan with the cane sugar, without squashing them.
- Put the browned B’Break slices on a plate. Add the hot bananas and coat with caramel sauce. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts for a crunchy touch.
