- Chocolate and hazelnut spread

- Croissant 60 g
- Croissant 25 g
Preparation steps
- Allow the croissants to defrost for 5 min at room temperature
- Slice the 60 g croissant in 2
- Place the croissant in a 5 cm diameter ring. Bake at 175°C for 30 min
- Slice the 25 g croissant in two and bake in a ring at 170°C for 13 min
- Leave the croissant log and the mini-croissant to cool
- Fill the log with chocolate and hazelnut spread
- Coat the log with chocolate and hazelnut spread and stick on the mini croissant log
- Decorate with rosemary and icing sugar
