- 2 slices of Nordic Loaf
- 2 large spoons of hummus
- 4 slices of marinated peppers
- A few slices of Chorizo
- Lettuce leaf
Preparation steps
- Cut the Nordic Loaf into thick slices.
- Spread the hummus onto one of the slices.
- Then add the marinated peppers, the thinly sliced chorizo and a lettuce leafe, then cover with a second slice of bread.
