                - 10 BRIDOR Ciabatta rolls
 - 10 GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational Sausages™
 - 20 slices of cheddar
 - 150 g barbecue sauce
 - 5 jalapeno peppers, sliced
 - 20 ml grapeseed oil
 - 100 g white vinegar
 - 1 red onion
 - 375 ml water
 - 100 g sugar
 - Salt and pepper
 
                    
                        
                     
                    
                        Preparation steps
                
                - Chop the red onion into quarters, break them apart and place them in a bowl.
 - Bring the vinegar, water and sugar to the boil.
 - Poor the liquid over the onion and cover with clingfilm. Leave to cool at room temperature.
 - Poach the frozen GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational Sausages™ for 4 minutes, strain and dry well.
 - Brown them over low heat, turning them on each side for about 4 minutes.
 - Cook until the internal temperature reaches 74°C.
 - Open buns, add barbecue sauce, cheddar cheese, Sensational Sausage™, jalapenos and pickles.
 - Close the Bridor Ciabattas and place them under a grill heated to 250°C for around 1½ minutes.

For a less spicy version, you can replace the jalapenos with slices of sweet and sour gherkins.
