B'Break Olive Chips with feta & Figs
List of ingredients
- B'Break 2 olives & rosemary
- 100g Feta
- 30g Fig chutney
- 50g Crème fraiche
- 10 g Pistachio nuts (graped)
- Fresh figs
- Prepare the cream with fig chutney and crème fraiche.
- Defrost the B'Breaks and slice in to thin slices of 3 mm.
- Arange them on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 140°C with an open damper
- Place the cream on the chips, followed by a few cubes of feta cheese
- Decorate with some pistachio slivers and a piece of fresh fig
