- B'break Chorizo
- 100g Prosciutto di Parma
- 25g Pepper tapenade
- 75g Crème fraiche
- 3 Cherry/small tomatoes
- Affilla Cress
Preparation steps
- Prepare the cream with Pepper tapenade and crème fraiche.
- Defrost the B'Breaks and slice in to thin slices of 3 mm.
- Arange them on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes at 140°C with an open damper
- Place the cream on the chips, followed by a small slice of Prosciutto
- Decorate with a cherry tomato and the Affila Cress
