- 15 x 50 g croissants
- 33.5 g cream cheese
- 160 g whipping cream
- 70 g icing sugar
- 5 egg yolks
Preparation steps
- Prepare a 4-inch round hollow cake tin.
- Each bun requires 3 x 50 g croissants.
- Once the croissants have defrosted completely, put them in a mould and bake in the oven.
- Bake at 170°C for 24 minutes, then take out of the oven and leave to cool.
- Mix together the cream cheese, whipping cream and icing sugar.
- Put this filling in a piping bag. Squeeze into the centre of the bun.
- Spread the egg yolk evenly over the filling.
- Put in the oven and bake again at 230°C for 3 minutes.
- Decorate with fresh fruit, walnuts and icing sugar.
