- 1 pc Puff Pastry Sheet 300g
- 300 g Custard
- 60 g Chopped hazelnuts
- 120 g Sugar
Preparation steps
- Defrost the puff pastry for 5 minutes
- Cut and get 12 strips from a single sheet
- Roll each single strip around an aluminum tube. The final part of the strip must be inserted at the base of the Cannoncini
- Slightly wet the surface of the Cannoncini
- Roll them individually in sugar
- Arrange them on a baking sheet with parchment paper
- Cook at 180 degrees for 18/20 minutes, valve open
- At the end of cooking, quickly remove the aluminum cannulas
- Fill with the custard and dab with chopped hazelnuts
