- Ciabatta
- Hummus
- Balsamic vinegar
- 3 cherry tomatoes
- 1 carrot
- Rocket
- 2 radishes
- 3 soya balls
Preparation steps
- Without defrosting, cook the bread for 10 to 12 minutes at 180°C.
- Cook three soya balls and then cut them in half. Cut the carrot into strips.
- Cut the radishes into slices and the cherry tomatoes in halves.
- Cut the bread on half.
- Spread hummus onto the bottom half of the bread, then add the 6 half-balls of soya.
- Add the cherry tomato halves, the radish slices, carrot and rocket leaves.
- Add a few drops of balsamic vinegar.
- Close the sandwich
