- Apple
- Caramel
- Vanilla ice cream
Preparation steps
- Line the bottom of the paper cup with caramel.
- Cut the apple into small cubes and slices and arrange at the bottom of the mould.
- After defrosting the Breizh’n’Roll, place it on top of the apple cubes and gently flatten.
- Cook for 20 minutes at 180°C.
- Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top just as it comes out of the oven.
