- 1 Cereals and Seeds Half-Baguette
- 2 eggs
- 20g butter
- 10g cream
- 20g sliced bacon
- 40g Chanterelle mushrooms Onion
- 40g rocket
- 6g vinaigrette
- Parsley
Preparation steps
- Make scrambled eggs and stop the cooking process with the butter and cream.
- Sauté the Chanterelle mushrooms and chopped onions in butter.
- Fry the parsley and bacon.
- Open the Baguettine to 2/3, make thin slices of croutons
- Arrange the scrambled eggs on the hollowed-out Half-Baguette, add the bacon, Chanterelle mushrooms and croutons.
- Decorate with rocket and parsley.
Chef's tip
Croutons: Cut the upper third of the bread into thin slices and toast. Arrange the slices on the top of the sandwich. This will add crunch and will also serve as a decoration element.
