  • 2 plain ciabattas
  • 4 tablespoons of pesto rosso
  • 4 slices of Parma ham
  • 4 slices of Comté cheese
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • A handful of arugula
  • A few pine nuts (optional)

  • Cut the ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise. If you prefer warm and crispy bread, heat them in the oven or toaster for a few minutes.
  • Spread each half generously with pesto rosso.
  • Place the slices of Comté cheese on the base of the bread.
  • Add the tomato slices, followed by the Parma ham slices.
  • Sprinkle with arugula for a touch of freshness.
  • Optional: Add a sprinkle of toasted pine nuts for extra crunch. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
