                - 2 plain ciabattas
 - 4 tablespoons of pesto rosso
 - 4 slices of Parma ham
 - 4 slices of Comté cheese
 - 2 tomatoes, sliced
 - A handful of arugula

                        Preparation steps
                
                - Cut the ciabatta rolls in half lengthwise. If you prefer warm and crispy bread, heat them in the oven or toaster for a few minutes.
 - Spread each half generously with pesto rosso.
 - Place the slices of Comté cheese on the base of the bread.
 - Add the tomato slices, followed by the Parma ham slices.
 - Sprinkle with arugula for a touch of freshness.
 - Optional: Add a sprinkle of toasted pine nuts for extra crunch. Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
