- One croissant
- 20 g of puréed red lentils
- 20 g cooked quinoa
- 1 tablespoon of pomegranate juice
- A few pomegranate seeds
- 5 g pickled cauliflower
- A handful of mixed salad
- A few thin slices of orange and yellow carrots
Preparation steps
- Split the croissant in half and put the salad in
- Mix the quinoa with the lentils, add the juice and spread the mixture in the croissant
- Add the pomegranate seeds, pickles and carrot shavings to the sandwich.
