- Seeded Half-Baguette 140 g
- 1 tablespoon pesto verde
- 3 slices smoked filet mignon
- 3 slices of ash goat's cheese
- Red pickled onions
- 3 candied cherry tomatoes
Preparation steps
- Cut the half-baguette in half lengthwise.
- Spread the base with the pesto verde.
- Add the ash goat's cheese.
- Add the slices of smoked filet mignon.
- Add the red pickled onions.
- Put the candied cherry tomatoes on top.
- Close the sandwich with the top of the bread.
- Gently press to keep the ingredients together.
