For the crumble:
- 100 g cinnamon swirl
- 30 g flour
- 100 g almond flour
- 100 g sugar
- 100 g diced butter at room temperature
For the fruit preparation:
- 8 apples
- 110 g sugar
- 6 g ground cinnamon
Fasi della preparazione
- Crumble the cinnamon swirl, baked the day before
- For the crumble, mix all the ingredients at low speed until they turn into crumbs
- Keep in the freezer until use
- Peel and dice the apples. Mix them with the sugar and ground cinnamon
- Bake until they are tender and make sure all the liquid has evaporated
- Keep in the refrigerator until use
- Put the apple filling in a 22 cm tin, followed by the crumble on top
- Bake in the oven at 170°C for 35 minutes until the crumble is golden.
- Serve warm with ice cream
