For the crumble: 

  • 100 g cinnamon swirl  
  • 30 g flour 
  • 100 g almond flour
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g diced butter at room temperature

For the fruit preparation: 

  • 8 apples
  • 110 g sugar
  • 6 g ground cinnamon

  • Crumble the cinnamon swirl, baked the day before
  • For the crumble, mix all the ingredients at low speed until they turn into crumbs
  • Keep in the freezer until use
  • Peel and dice the apples. Mix them with the sugar and ground cinnamon
  • Bake until they are tender and make sure all the liquid has evaporated
  • Keep in the refrigerator until use
  • Put the apple filling in a 22 cm tin, followed by the crumble on top
  • Bake in the oven at 170°C for 35 minutes until the crumble is golden.
  • Serve warm with ice cream
