- Multi-grain rectangular roll
- Tuna
- 1 egg
- 3 "cœur de pigeon" tomatoes
- Rocket
- 2 black olives
- Olive oil
Preparation steps
- Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes and then cook for 7-9 minutes at 190-200°C.
- Cook the egg then cut it into slices.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in two and olives into slices.
- Cut the bread, but do not separate the two halves.
- Put the tuna on the bottom half of the bread, then add egg and the cherry tomato halves.
- Add a few slices of olives and 5 to 6 rocket leaves.
- Sprinkle on a few drops of olive oil.
- Close the sandwich.
