A Scandinavian-inspired recipe made with a blend of flours (rye, buckwheat, malted barley and malted wheat) and seeds (poppy, white sesame, sunflower, yellow flax, millet and brown flax). A loaf with a brown crumb and slightly sweet malted notes.
