- Pumpkin and walnut bread
- Smoked salmon
- Fromage frais with chives
- Rocket
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Pepper
- Lemon juice
Preparation steps
- Put the olive oil and chopped garlic into a bowl.
- Season the smoked salmon with the lemon juice and pepper.
- Slice the bread, baste with olive oil and garlic and bake in the oven at 180°C until slightly golden.
- Once the bread has cooled, add the rocket, smoked salmon and fromage frais.
