- Pumpkin and walnut bread
- Foie Gras
- Pear jam
- Sea salt
- Black figs
Preparation steps
- Slice the bread and bake in the oven at 180°C until the slices are lightly golden.
- Slice the foie gras and put to one side.
- Add the pear jam and the foie gras to the slices of bread.
- To finish, decorate with sea salt and slices of fig.
