A delicious Brioche made with an all-butter dough using traditional methods which gives it a delicious flavour and a soft texture with a delicious smell of fresh butter and sugar.
Storage conditions  :  Store at -18°C or below before use. DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE THAWED.

Ingredients :  WHEAT flour, EGGS, fine butter (MILK) 17%, sugar, water, yeast, fructose-glucose syrup, salt, WHEAT gluten, thickeners (sodium carboxy methyl cellulose, acacia gum), emulsifier (mono and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), deactivated yeast, flour treatment agents (ascorbic acid, alpha-amylases, hemicellulases, transglutaminase), sunflower oil, maltodextrin, antioxidants (Fatty acid esters of ascorbic acid, alpha-tocopherol), colour (beta-carotene). May contain traces of: soya.
