Our training courses are open to all and tailored to each individual thanks to personalised support.

/ Theoretical training provided by our industry experts, all qualified as in-house trainers.

/ A tutored theory course to support you throughout your professional training

Each class will be sponsored by a personality from the world of gastronomy or entrepreneurship.

Accessible to all, the Bridor Campus offers internal and external employees the opportunity to train in the various professions represented in our Bridor teams.

These 6 to 8-month training courses are given in alternation: a theoretical part given by our in-house trainers and a practical part.
