A roll made from a blend of T65 wheat flour and spelt flour and a mix of 9 seeds and cereals: white sesame, sunflower, white quinoa, chia, amaranth, millet, black sesame, rolled oats, buckwheat. A cereal sourdough made from wheat flour and produced in our workshops, is added to the recipe for a unique flavour.
