- 4 Bun'n'Roll Bridor
- 60 g Mesclun
- 120 g Old-fashioned tomatoes
- 40 g Red onion pickles
- 4 Angus steaks 150 g
- 100 g Cheddar cheese
- 160 g Burger sauce
- Affila cress
- Burger sauce: 15g Mayonnaise, 15g Mustard, 10g Philadelphia
- Red Onion Pickles: 200 g water, 100 g vinegar, 50 g sugar, 10 g beetroot powder, 2 red onions, salt
Fasi della preparazione
- For the pickled onions: In a pan, boil the water with the sugar, add the vinegar, then the beetroot powder,
- Add the onion slices and bring to the boil again
- Pour into a jam jar and close the lid quickly, after cooling keep in the fridge
- For the burger sauce: mix the mayonnaise, mustard and Philadelphia together
- Fry the steaks for a few minutes on each side
- Open the Bun'n'Rolls in the middle
- Place the burger sauce and a few slices of tomato on the base.
- Add the steak and then the melted cheddar.
- Finish with the red onion pickles, some mesclun leaves and the top of the Bun'n'Roll
