  • Large "Pochon" Loaf
  • 4 slices of smoked bacon
  • 4 slices of raclette cheese
  • Grated emmental
  • Mustard
  • Behcamel

  • Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes and then cook for 16-18 minutes at 190-200°C.
  • Cut three slices of bread diagonally.
  • Spread the mustard on 2 slices of bread
  • Cover each slice of bread with 2 slices of Raclette cheese
  • And 2 slices of smoked bacon.
  • Spread the bechamel sauce on the third slice of bread
  • And cover with the grated Emmental.
  • Put the 3 slices back in the oven and assemble the sandwich
