- Large "Pochon" Loaf
- 4 slices of smoked bacon
- 4 slices of raclette cheese
- Grated emmental
- Mustard
- Behcamel
Preparation steps
- Defrost the bread for around 10 minutes and then cook for 16-18 minutes at 190-200°C.
- Cut three slices of bread diagonally.
- Spread the mustard on 2 slices of bread
- Cover each slice of bread with 2 slices of Raclette cheese
- And 2 slices of smoked bacon.
- Spread the bechamel sauce on the third slice of bread
- And cover with the grated Emmental.
- Put the 3 slices back in the oven and assemble the sandwich
