  • 5 Couque nature 75g RTB
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Strawberry jam
  • 200 g Chocolate (Pink/Dark)
  • 10 raspberries

  • Defrost the products for about 30-45 minutes, then cook them for 15-18 minutes at 165-170°C 
  • Whip the cream untill it shows soft peaks
  • Add the strawberry jam to the whipped cream and gently mix it together
  • Fill the couqeu with the strawberry/whipped cream mixture
  • Melt and temper the chocolate
  • Dip the product in the chocolate
  • Garnish and serve
