- 5 Couque nature 75g RTB
- 100 g Whipped cream
- 100 g Strawberry jam
- 200 g Chocolate (Pink/Dark)
- 10 raspberries
Preparation steps
- Defrost the products for about 30-45 minutes, then cook them for 15-18 minutes at 165-170°C
- Whip the cream untill it shows soft peaks
- Add the strawberry jam to the whipped cream and gently mix it together
- Fill the couqeu with the strawberry/whipped cream mixture
- Melt and temper the chocolate
- Dip the product in the chocolate
- Garnish and serve
